A pretty good dining experience. I came in for a weekday lunch recently and wanted ramen with a miso base, but they ran out so I picked another dish at random. I'm not even sure what I got, but it had mignon in it and it tasted great. The servers greet and thank you for coming in japanese, which is pretty neat. Just raise your hand up and they'll get to you for any other needs.
At the end of the meal, you get a stamp card to get a bowl of ramen for free after you spend enough at Ajisen. Overall, it was a decent dining experience.
