Lady brought her kid to work and she kept leaving her client to get her kid after he kept running off. When it was my turn I went to the shampoo bowl.. a towel wasn't wrapped around my neck like usual salons do so water was dripping down my neck. The lady only shampooed and scrubbed the top of my head and also didn't put conditioner in my hair. And when I went to the bowl I saw hair from another client inside the bowl. The bowl wouldn't drain because of all the hair that wasn't cleaned out. Disgusting. The cut was okay but I saw a diaper in her station.. don't know if it was clean or dirty... I won't be returning here.
