I wish I could give them 0 stars. We had to admit a family member here and the way we were all treated was disgraceful. The staff and nurses were rude, snarky, and had MAJOR attitude problems. Not the way one expects to be greeted when seeking HELP. The place is locked down like a prison and their personnel is reduced to bare minimums on weekends, so don't expect to get to speak to anyone "in charge" or for anything to happen at all Friday-Sunday. The only department that bothered to call us the next day was billing- go figure, they wanted their money. We didn't hear from anyone else for THREE full days, it was a real live nightmare to deal with this establishment. DO YOUR RESEARCH before you or a loved one considers doing business with Valley Hospital. There are WAY better facilities in and around the valley and I highly encourage you to NOT go here unless you have exhausted all of your other resources. Our entire experience with Valley Hospital was horrendous.
