Being that I am completely in love with Millie's in Shadyside, it was a no brainier for me to stop when I just happened to pass it downtown (completely forgot they opened one downtown). So we walk in and I immediately notice that there is a bar with ample seating along the wall. You can also sit outside on some benches if you aren't feeling the bar area. Next I noticed the packaged ice cream. There was quite a selection! Plus it just felt super clean (I'm the person that gets overly excited about things like that). I chose to try the Vietnamese Coffee, while my sister chose the Chocolate (both single scoops in a cup). They were absolutely delicious! The coffee had a subtle but great coffee flavor. The chocolate was also great. It had a deep chocolate flavor that you would never forget. The service was great as well! We were immediately greeted and asked how our day was going. It's the little things right? Plus she was uber patient with us as we were deciding which flavors we wanted. It was a great experience and if you're ever downtown I would absolutely recommend making a stop here (it's beside Revel + Roost)
