I can't believe I've never been here before! Some friends and I came after the most recent elite event at the Phoenix Suns game (excellent, BTW). I planned on just having a cocktail but their menu was so enticing I had to order something. To drink I got the Original Pimm's Cup {Pimm's No. 1 liqueur, ginger beer, orange & cucumber wedge} and it was too legit. For an entrée I opted for the BLT Supremo {hard boiled egg & sharp provolone} on sourdough. I took it to go (my guest had an early bedtime). It traveled well and was a very tasty twist on the classic BLT. I took some for lunch at work the next day and it might have been even better. Side note: sometimes us RNs get lunch breaks! I don't know if I was just craving greasy food or what, but the real stand out of the meal was the fried onion strings it was served with it. I haven't had such delicious, fried, tasty goodness in a long time! Think Bloomin Onion x10! I'm getting hungry just thinking about them!
