I was referred to ARMS for many reasons. My doctor was rude, disappointing, distant, cold, aggravating and just not what I was expecting. ESPECIALLY after all of the hoopla on their website. According to the website they understand our challenges and frustrations and really are there to help us in this difficult time. B.S. With the exception of the nursing staff - I cannot say anything was taken with an ounce of understanding. Word to the wise. BE VERY CAREFUL with testing. Make sure that you understand and have talked to your insurance. A LOT of insurance companies dont cover infertility. The second they see the word DESPITE just being tested to see way you are it's automatically declined. You could be on the hook for thousands of dollars. With all that you have to worry about - this is the last thing that you want to worry over. TRUST ME. You dont want to fight with insurance companies over the semantics of wording. Everyone @ the facility disappears when you have any sort of trouble. It's super frustrating. Very sad.
