I've got nothing against this particular branch but it seems that all of the Bank of America branches don't like to answer their phone... I called today at 12:30 PM and then again at 12:50 PM as I was walking in the door and no one answered the phone. The girl who greeted me at the door said that there weren't enough people working to answer the phone... There's not enough people to answer the phone?... OK, OK, here's a joke... How many Bank of America employees does it take to answer a phone...
