Comedy of errors lasting a week. Wife's iphone 4 was losing battery power too fast and we brought it here. Von said it was probably losing power on the motherboard, had to send it out to the dust-free shop. After about 4 days was told it was done, to come in and get it the next morning, but I called first just in case and it wasn't ready, them blaming it on their shop. Finally they said they couldn't fix it, offered to sell us a used phone. I said Ok, had to then wait another full day as it had to go through 5-hour upgrade to ios 8, came in to pick it up and transfer the phone number to the new phone with Verizon, and Verizon informed me that the new phone had been reported lost or stolen and it was unusable. Got them to wipe out all of my wife's personal info from the stolen phone and got the he** out of there.
