It is 9:30 and the bank is closed. However they're hours read they open up at 9am. ??? I had opened three accounts with them and had to go in three times to fix errors they made on the account. They cost me money! I didn't wait long for each visit and the reps were very nice but they really messed up my accounts!!! Since they're not open I went to Wells Fargo which is across the street to do what I needed to do. Funny thing is the two other people in the parking lot waiting on Chase is also at Wells Fargo. Also their drive thru ATMs are always out of service. Very frustrating dealing with this branch. But Chase is over all a good bank which is why we keep them for our personal and business accounts.
