I was overall extremely disappointed with White Knight Party Rentals. For starters every time I called, the phone rang and rang and eventually sent me to voicemail and I would have to wait for a call back on their schedule, not mine. I did end up placing an order of tables, chairs, and linens. On delivery day I found out that there is an extra fee for set up, and pick up (unless you stack all the chairs on the pallets they leave). I have rented chairs and tables before and never been charged a fee for set up. The biggest disappointment was all the white chairs that were delivered were extremely dirty, and I had to them clean myself. Not only were the chairs dirty but one of my table cloths had a huge hole in it in center. Fortunately I had a flower arrangement to cover the hole.
