Customer service is so terrible. It is hard to find words. I found 2 other customers in the store today at noon having an equally horrible time. I dealt with Benji who was loud, rude and unhelpful. He shouted at me in front of customers because I was not willing to pay for goods I did not receive.
The supposed GM who says he is Jim Gard simply clings to the fact that they have been in business since 1929.
So awful and prices are through the roof. Moving on to 2015 from 1929 and will try well.ca. Good reviews.
This place is an old school disaster.
