Why did I move away from Arizona? I wake up every day to that question. Thanks a lot Crudo! (super sarcastic voice) I started this account 2 years ago and said I would only review when I absolutely HAD to let the world know...
I will not go into each dish as my fellow reviewers have, because as a semi-pro foodie, I dare you to find anything on the menu you won't like. In fact, you may walk away in love, as I did on my first visit to Crudo. 2 words: Pork Belly. Well ok, more than 2 words... Pig Ears, Smoked Olives, Barratta, Squid Ink Risotto... do yourself a favor.
But it wasn't just the new taste sensations I was encountering that evening that sets Crudo apart, it was the complete dining experience.
Service- Amazing. Informative. Charming.
Ambiance- Perfect. Great lighting/decor. Best restaurant playlist... Ever. (Take your Shazam app).
I can't wait to come back to AZ and stop by my new fav... Bravo Crudo!
