Mesquite Groves has the best "lazy river" of all the Chandler Pools. You float around on inflatable tubes, which is unique to this location. If you have toddlers, they will thoroughly enjoy the playground in the zero depth area. This place is a little out of my way, bit I still make the trip out there about 3-4 times every summer. Get there early. Real estate is scarce when it gets busy.
