I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one greeted me and the screens weren't turned on. I got out of my car and tried to order inside (employees were in there, lights were on) yet the doors were locked. I walked around to the other side and found one unlocked door and I had to walk through the drive-through to get inside. By the time I got in it was 5:20AM and I told the McDonald's staff that I had been waiting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes and I asked if they were open. Only one staff member acknowledged me and they replied "Oh sorry." I observed that none of the staff members had there headsets on which would have notified them that customers were waiting. I saw a sign which stated that they opened at 5:00AM. Terrible customer service.
