I was out of province, and hired these movers with a friend to oversee them, let them into the apartment, and so forth. I realize now I did not leave them appropriate tools (boxes, hex wrenches etc) for the job. Apparently, one of the movers ran across to the 7-11 to actually buy a screw driver they needed to disassemble my furniture. Despite this, they did it with absolutely no mishaps or complaints, and on time. My friend was quite impressed, and I came back to find everything carefully plastic-wrapped and placed in the storage unit, in immaculate shape. The apartment was clean enough that I was not charged any cleaning fees. My only regret is that I did not give me friend leeway to tip them more.
They are more expensive than the cheaper movers, mainly because their quotes are honest, and they have no hidden fees. If you are on an extremely tight budget, rent a u-haul and get some friends. If not, go with these guys. You won't regret it.
