Finally had the chance to stop in for lunch with a few girlfriends as I have been wanting to try Kitchen 56 for a long time now. We got there about 12:15 and it wasn't too busy at all and we were seated right away. We ordered the Pretzel Dippers to start and they were very yummy! We then ordered our lunch. I had the Vegetable Firebread, my girlfriends had the Turkey Firebread and Turkey Cranberry Firebread and they all came with fries. When they came out we were shocked at how big the servings were! You can easily share a sandwich with someone as we all took the other 1/2 with us to go. I LOVED my Firebread sandwich. The vegetables were great and the spread wasn't too overpowering. Both my girlfriends really liked their sandwiches too. The services was great and I cannot wait to bring my boyfriend back for lunch or dinner soon!
