What an amazing experience I just had with the whole crew at Day and Night. It all started when my 15 year old AC unit stopped working. I immediately reached out to my Uncle Ricky who is a Repair man for Day and Night. He quickly diagnosed my situation over the phone and mentioned that the repairs would be expensive and that it would be best to get a new unit. So he set me up with Corey a Salesman from Day and Night. Corey came out the next day and made sure that we were well taken care of, he measured the home and then laid out all of our options. He is courteous, patient and explained every little detail. Day and Night offered us 72 months interest-free financing and we absolutely needed it with the heat wave coming and no money in our pockets. The application process was so simple and the team helped us through it every step. After selecting the Trane xl16c and Wi-Fi thermostat all we had to do is pick a day to install. Tony and John where the installers for Day and Night, they showed the urgency to get the job done immediately but also were very easy to talk to with any questions I had. It was awesome to see how Day and Night works with other companies like Smiley crane, the individual that delivered the AC unit all the way down to the individuals picking up the old unit. Tony and John were here just over three hours and it came out perfect from the cover-ups they did on my roof (because I went from a gas unit to a heat pump) to explaining the new Wi-Fi thermostat and configuration. Overall, my family is grateful for day and night air conditioning and we will make sure we share our story so others can have the same high-quality customer service thank you guys!
