First of all I'm a nurse, I brought my father here for difficulty breathing due to a mass on his neck and in his throat so we go in and I start telling the receptionist my dad's symptoms and all his info and the receptionist says it's weird your answering all his questions with an attitude and I say he's having difficulty breathing which means he can barely talk. Just a complete rude person that should not be at the job she's at if she doesn't understand that you can't really talk while having difficulty breathing. The nurse at triage was great very sweet. Still sitting in ER after 30 minutes with my dad having difficulty breathing, that's not acceptable. Probably wouldn't come back here if it was a 911 emergency. Only came here because it's around the block from my dad's house next time we'll travel a little farther away for better customer service. I knew the reputation of this hospital as I deal with this hospital frequently but thought maybe all the bad rep was just talk and give them a chance but the receptionist blew that.
