I used to live in college park so I practically lived in winners. Now that I am farther away I miss this location. One of the best places to buy cheap Melissa and Doug toys, a great bag selection, and tons of clothes. I only sometimes have the patience to spend hours looking through the racks (while wistfully thinking of the orderly rack of clothes to be found at places like the gap), battling the line to the changeroom and dealing with the obnoxious '6 items' rule in the changeroom. I was there today and the staff member running the show in the changeroom would have a great future in the military...not exactly what I am looking for in a shopping experience! However, if you find a great deal it is all worth while. Lots of odd little knick knacks at the back too. However, the kids clothes section is surprisingly small. I almost always walk away with something......
