If I could leave zero stars I would. This business is not even worthy of 1 star. The other review is not from a customer. Frances B works at the store and she is a scammer along with GiGi and the rest of the staff. Frances sold me a leather loveseat and couch on 9/13/14. On 9/14/14 the next morning I realized that the loveseat was and is still defective from the factory. I have a warranty on my loveseat and Simmons Fine Furniture will not honor the warranty. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. I hope they will be able to get this resolved. As for the BBB rating this company has that is a D-. I wish that I would have researched this company before I bought from them. So BUYER BEWARE. Next time you want to buy some new furniture don't buy from here. Go somewhere that actually will uphold the warranty from the manufacture.
