The food was good but overpriced. Some of the items weren't even worth their price points like the jerk chicken quesadilla - they were $14 but were not filling at all. The poutine was slightly better in terms of portion but it wasn't that much better quality-wise to be worth $15.
Service was negligent - took 10 minutes for us to receive a menu and we weren't given water or cutlery until we actually asked for them. We were also given one napkin to share - really!? We had to ask for extras as well. At one point, the server who gave me the jerk chicken quesadilla forgot the name of the dish and said "whatever" as she was serving me the dish - I get that we all blank out sometimes, but the way she served me my food came off as though she didn't care. We were also promised a seat by the windows but were told to wait. The entire time we were there, the seats by the windows were almost empty. We asked a second time if we'll get seated there. All we got was a "we'll let you know." We didn't even get a "bye, have a good evening" after paying. Our server just turned her back on us after we've finished paying.
Needless to say, I don't think we'll be coming back again. Service was all around subpar and food wasn't as good enough to justify their price points.
