Despite all the bad reviews, I tried this place out today and as I could've predicted, had the worst experience. I came in wanting a full set and a pedi I asked about how long it would take because my newborn son just had surgery and I had to take him to a follow up appointment with his surgeon. The lady who sits in the very first desk assures me it would take about an hour. It did they got me in and out quick, nails were fine. Not horrible not great. It wasn't until I was getting ready to pay that the same lady in the first desk tried to bully me to pay in cash and walk to the ATM to pull cash out to pay for my service. At first I was confused, I told her I had cash for tips, assuming this was her concern. She declined and again threw me an awful look and insisted I go get cash. If this was told to me before hand, by all means no questions asked. But I came in explaining to you how rushed I am because of a pretty serious issue and here I am basically being bullied to walk across the street to go pull out cash. I told her that I needed to leave, my son just had surgery and she backed off and said she forgot and tried to play it off by apologizing and allowing me to pay with my debit card. The damage was already done. I will never go back here. It seemed extremely shady and rude. The way she was talking to me and giving me dirty looks, throwing her head back in disgust when I told her no. Very unprofessional. And I now understand why this place has two stars.
