I currently reside here, as it is better than the first time Around (3 years ago) I can still say this place is probably one of the worst properties to live At...the staff is friendly and accommodating (especially Skye) BUT the "amenities" you pay extra money for are anything but , spas are broken half the time, pools are dirty 90% of the time, oh and did I mention the parking spots are literally on the EXACT opposite side of the apt you reside in? I kid you not, I have a child under one year old as well so anyone with children can only imagine the hassle that comes along with this...the water will get shut off randomly without warning for up to hour at a time...also last but not least I've gotten "notices" about throwing cigarette butts over my balcony ...let's be real honest here, unless someone PERSONALLY WITH THEIR OWN TWO EYES seen me throw trash from my balcony( which I'd never do, I'm probably one of the most clean people I've met) but yeah I got a notice for doing such thing ...all in all my advice is don't choose this property.
