Horrible customer service. Signs up all over the store indicating 40% off. I even stood next to an item discussing it with an employee while she helped me find the correct size and I commented what a deal. When I got to the register the cashier made other employees check every item if it was 40% off and then refused to give the sale prices saying things like oh not that style or only one particular one. If you have signs next to items you should be willing to give the customer what they are being led to believe is true. An associate even went as far as to pull a sign down and try and say no it wasn't there. Well funny since I discussed it with another one 2 minutes earlier. Old navy used to be a nicer store with better quality but has drastically changed to cheap quality and unorganized store displays. Makes me very sad.
