I want to give this place more than two stars because I love karaoke and noodles and wanted this to become a go-to spot for my friends and I. Unfortunately, after a poor first experience, we probably won't be coming back.
It started off okay - we got to our booth no problem and ordered some food and drinks. The women working at the bar seemed overwhelmed and didn't know how to make a lemon drop when my friend asked for one so I'm not sure if they were entirely trained to be behind the bar. We ordered some beef chow fun and drunken noodles which took a while to get to us and were pretty mediocre in taste. But it's karaoke so I could have excused the meh food and the long wait times.
But closing out our tab was a pretty ridiculous affair because apparently after 10pm, they only accept cash. There was no signage, no one came into our booth before 10 to let us know this and we had a pretty large group so not everyone had cash. On top of that, the ATM in the restaurant stopped working so my friend had to go to a place down the street to grab cash. I don't know why they have this cash only policy and I really don't know why they don't make that more clear but I think my friends and I will scope out some other places for karaoke in the future.
