In by 9 out by 5! Everything is right every time. I've been going there for over 2 yrs now. Maybe the girls at the counter aren't trained in smiles and cute customer service but what do I care. I'm not there to get my dose of feel good smiles and pick me ups for the day, that's why I go to Starbucks. I'm there to drop off my dirty clothes. AFTER 5, not 3:30, not 4:30, I come to get them and guess what? They are done! And I smile and and thank everyone and am a very happy customer! Their prices are reasonable and they have always done a good job!
