I am only giving them one star because I can not give them zero. I was heading to a wedding and wanted to get my chin and upper lip waxed or threaded before hand. I stopped by and they refused to work on me. The only reason was because I was male. Nowhere in any of their advertising did they say that they won't work on men. If they showed me something like that written on their pricing sheet or their website I would have said okay I made a mistake. They will do eyebrows for men but nothing else. That is discriminatory and false advertising.
