Although we started out on a bit of a rocky road because of an uninformed and very annoying sales person (who now is no longer with them), Republic West personnel (one of the owners) called and followed through, and we ended up being extremely satisfied. They stood behind the promise to get it right and they did!! It is so nice to find a company that stands behind their product and makes things right! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, and it is nice to see it still exists with Republic West. And on top of it - love the patio door and RW recommended someone to stain it and he did a fabulous job!! We are VERY satisfied with the job that Republic West did on our new patio door.
