Please save yourself the time and headache by not going to get your car fixed here. Our experience was that they either did not perform the service they quoted us or we have to bring the car back multiple times to fix the original issue. My wife has brought her Jeep to Luxury Motorsports for service three times now. The first time they didn't fix the problems, so my wife had to bring back her Jeep for a second time. Both times she was charged. The third time she was quoted a price for service. Upon picking up her car the third time they did not perform all service that was quoted to her. The General Sales Manager Steve called my wife and offered her to bring the car back and have the service that was not completed done at no charge blaming this to a simple misunderstanding. However, with 2 out of 3 service visits ending up with additional charges we decided to not bring her car in for any more service and asked for any type of refund on the third service performed. Steve indignantly informed me that they cannot offer any refund. Not even a partial refund. Further, Steve then threatened me by asking for my name and number so that he can report me to the Better Business Bureau and have a moderator talk to me.
