Made appointment for 6 O clock did not get out until 840p. All I got was a pedi/fill in and eye brow waxed. Kim did very good with my eye brows ! Trang did very well with my pedi. But the guy who did my nails needs to go be back in training !! I asked multiple times for coffin shape (like I had when I walked in) walked out with "square" charged to take what was left of my gel polish on my toes. NEVER HAVE I EVER paid for that . This was my first and my last time coming to this mad house. What makes me upset is there were two females that had appointments same time as me with other techs and got out way before me. I just feel like the customer service at this salon is a -10 out 10 #thanksbutnothanks
