When we first walked in all we saw was popcorn everywhere on the floors. We then went to make sure we knew where our seats were and although the reclining chairs were nice we soon realized that they had butter and popcorn all over them. There was little to no direction on concession and we had to serve ourselves with lukewarm un buttered popcorn and take it and put the liquid butter on ourselves. There were no flavor options either other than the butter. Upon returning to our seats again we noticed staff sitting on a bench next to the broom and dustpans on their phones. I get they might have been on break but it was not obvious if they were or not. If I wanted to pay for a movie, clean up and serve myself I would have just stayed home. They were either extremely understaffed or they just didn't care to clean. Either way it wasn't a very pleasant experience.
