1 hour, 40 minutes for an oil change and no one was in front of me. It took 20 minutes to pull the car in where it sat on the lift for another 30 minutes before progress was made.
Like many chain automotive repair shops, this one is extremely inefficient when it comes to oil changes. Other customers who had additional services done came in after me and left before. If you need only an oil change, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
