I too also has a bad experience with using the groupon here. They cut off my last service that I had booked with them. I booked with Modesta my last laser service but when I had arrived they told me that they called me to cancel the booking (obviously not) and they wouldn't offer to complete the service with either another aesthetician nor would they allow me to re-book my pre-paid laser treatment. Instead they offered my $50 off my next appointment, which doesn't make sense when I had paid for all the services ahead of time. I was sincerely disappointed.
Although, instead of giving one star I am giving two stars because when I did have my first 4 appointments the laser treatment was good and standard. The service wasn't the greatest only because I was a groupon customer.
