I had a good experience buying a used car here.
I knew what I wanted, and I knew what price I would be happy with. I worked with Andrew from the Internet sales department (found the cars I wanted via Autotrader) and he was great. We agreed on price, and I asked for the car to be inspected. They didnt have a problem with that (it was being inspected by a certified mechanic), and the car got a clean bill of health. I was pleasantly surprised with the financing I got as well. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time too.
