This place is kinda weird, and I can't decide if it's weird in a good way or a bad way. First of all, it's got a really great energy. It functions as a team, and the office is very open so adjustments and physical therapy is all happening the same space. I came in with back pain, and they did x-rays and wanted to do some other physical therapy type stuff that wasn't possible. The explanation I got when I asked what my treatment plan would be was obviously a standard statement repeated many times a day and was said very quickly. Aside from that, everyone was super nice and friendly, but I really wish I had gotten a more detailed discussion of what my treatment plan was. But the adjustment was great, and helped me tremendously. However, I was told when I came in that they took my insurance, and that they would run it. Then I was told they hadn't, but would call me. They never called. When I came in for my follow-up appointment, I was told that they don't take my insurance and I would have to pay cash. So I cancelled and I won't be coming back. I still think I'd recommend this place.
