I went to Scottsdale with some friends for Spring Training. We are all avid cigar smokers and called around to various shops before traveling. Ambassador was the only shop with good phone manners. The gentleman was very inviting and friendly and encouraged us to stop by. Once in town we made this the first stop and afterwards we didn't go to any others. The owner, Vartan, was very friendly (and classy in his suit!) and made us feel very welcome. He ended up keeping the shop open after-hours so we could have a smoke with him and we enjoyed a leisurely smoke and good conversation.
Vartan's selection is awesome. The walk-in was very large and has about any brand you would want and he had many hard-to-get and discontinued sticks that I haven't seen in other shops. In addition to the on-the-floor selection, he has a healthy inventory stored there so if there's anything you want and don't see there's a good chance he has it tucked away.
All-in-all, very good experience and I highly recommend this shop.
