One Star is too many for this company. I was interested in one of their properties and it was like pulling teeth to get a response from the agent, Kathy. After mulitple times of emailing, calling leaving messages and talking to who I believe was her assistant, I finally turned in an application by the direction of her assistant. Never heard back from anyone regarding recieving it or if it was being processed or not. I called a couple times and was finally informed by her assistant that an app had come in right before mine but that this tenant hadn't viewed the property so mine would most likely get processed. 3 days went by with no contact from anyone at Red Brick. I called and emailed, again mulitple times over the course of 2 days asking for the status, to finally today recieve an email response from Kathy saying "the other applicant is looking good, so he will most likely be moving in". The lack of professional behavior is very disappointing! If this company managed my rental home I would be very concerned with the way they handle buisness. This home could of been rented over a week ago if the agent would of had the sense to reply to a prespective tenant. If this is the way they handle business before even moving in, I can only imagine what it would be like living there and having any type of issue. Heaven for bid the AC went out in the middle of summer, who know how long it would take to get a response to that! I warn anyone to stay away from these guys. Look for someone that wants to do their job.
