I've had a range of experiences here. The first couple times weren't great because there seemed to only be one person on staff and she was busy helping other customers the whole half hour or so I was in there. So I grabbed paint sample cards and left. When I came back a different day to purchase, she was there again, this time attentive and helpful at answering my questions. The paint is great quality. Another visit, there were a couple employees and the store was moderately busy, but they were helping people inefficiently, leaving us ready purchase and waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes. Just tonight, had the worst experience yet. It's Sunday night, and they close at 6pm. I walked in at 5:30 to grab some paint samples. There's one older man working, doing something behind the counter, with NO other customers. He looked at me when I walked in, but didn't smile, say hi, NOTHING. Some greeting! I walk over to the paint sample wall and for the next ten minutes pick out samples in awkward silence while he counts the register drawer, fiddles around in the back, etc. No offer for help or to see if I have questions. So, so awkward.
