I am a big supporter of local business. Butcher block has been part of Nevada Trails community since they were open at the old location. They also a big supporter of community event every year. It tells you how important is their contribution to the community.
I am a fan of this place. Quality meat is outstanding. I went here to get my pork shoulder (bbq pulled pork for dinner it is). The meat is perfect, not too much fat, just perfect. It is also my to go place for specialty meat such as Elk, veal or Kobe beef.
Parking is easy, great customer service and great price for the quality. The quick in and out is my big reason why I always go here. I don't have to wait in line for long for my fresh quality meat.
I noticed they have deli meat next door at the new location, gotta try that next time I go here.
