Becky, a State Farm Assessor is housed at Andy's Collision Center. My appointment was at 7:45 am. I was out at 8:15 am. Service was fast and thorough. There was a mistake in how State Farm entered my name and my vehicle. They entered my last name as my first name and my first name last. They made my vehicle 4th and so when I said I had front and rear damage, they were not prepared to process my front damage, resulting in the lack of information and me not getting my cash settlement on the spot.
I had to call State Farm Claims, and they rescheduled my front end appointment. Becky called me back and saved me another trip and processing my claim. My check should be in the mail. Yay, Becky!
