Kim the vet tech is amazing. She is a nail cutting expert, even with the most stubborn of dogs. The vets are average. However, the prices are astronomical. I had to get a vet certificate to take my dog out of the country and they charged me $180 to spend 5 minutes looking over my dog and 5 minutes to complete the certificate. Also, they didn't fill out the certificate correctly, which could have resulted in my dog being denied entry to the EU or a return trip to the vet. Luckily, I convinced the official Canadian Food Inspection Agency vet to fix the errors and initial it. And the errors were pretty obvious. For example, in the "species (scientific name)" blank, the vet wrote "dog." Umm, no, maybe you need a refresher veterinary course. Anyway, I will definitely be back for nail trims (despite the price), but not to see the vet. As other reviewers have noted, there is an amazing vet nearby at the Bathurst Dupont Animal Hospital.
