So the tech showed up on time. Very knowledgeable and very nice. Finished up the windshield replacement quickly. I got in my car a few hours later to go to lunch and the rear view mirror was just hanging by its cable. Clearly had fallen off. I called the tech, he came right out and fixed it. 97% you guys rock!
