i wish i could leave negative stars..... so if you ever need customer service, get ready to stay on hold for about 2 hours. they claim they will call you back if you don't want to wait, but don't hold your breath, they are not ever going to call. when i did get someone, they escalated it to a "manager" that said they would call me tomorrow with an update, never happened. my service ticket sat for 3 weeks before someone made a bull-crap general statement online just to clear the ticket. never, ever buy from these morons
