DO NOT GO HERE! I got a shellac manicure and a regular spa pedicure that took 2.5 hours to complete. After sitting in the salon and wasting 2.5 hours of my life that I'll never get back, my nails started to chip after 5 days! After my first nail chipped the rest of my nails started to chip and could be peeled right off. I called to complain on day 6 when I had 3 nails missing and they gave me a hard time about finding time to fit me in. Eventually they said I could come at 4 and they would fix my 3 nails or redo the shellac manicure in it's entirety. By the time my day had ended 7 of my nails had lifted and I peeled them off without any effort. Still having faith in this salon I drove from Ohio City to Westlake after a long day of work. I arrived at the salon and they told me that they didn't have time to redo my nails, and that they would soak the 3 remaining nails off. I expressed my frustration about my disappointment in the service and frustration regarding loss of my time, with lack of service. The girl who soaked off my remaining in tact nails was very apologetic and communicated that there was no way that anyone could fix my nails, because the salon was booked for the night. At that point I expressed my frustration and asked for a refund because I wanted to be done with this disappointing salon. The girl helping me told me that there was nothing she could do for me, but assured me that the owner of the salon would call me immediately to sort everything out. It has been over 24 hours and I haven't heard from the salon! The only thing that I received from this salon was a terrible shellac manicure that lasted 5 days, loss of a 17 dollar groupon, plus 8 dollar tip and lack of follow through to the fix their mistakes!
