My pcp referred me to this dr on 8/31/16. I have left 3 vm and the one time they called me back the person I spoke with could not find my referral and she said she would call me right back and never did. The next day I called and was amazed someone even answered because it always goes to vm gave me an attitude and told me she was putting me on hold and hung up on me. I see my pcp again Friday to get a new referral. Hope the Dr reads this. Sounds like a great Dr, maybe he needs to clean house and hire new staff.
Saw my pcp Friday, got a new referral, new drs office called me Monday and got in within 2 weeks.
