I stopped in at Carlife because I was dragging a big piece of plastic under my Honda Accord. I didn't notice it until I went out to my car around 5:30pm, so when I got there, it was almost closed. They could have easily turned me away. But both the woman working the desk and a mechanic came out to my car. It turned out that my plastic undercarriage hood had ripped. They said with the warm weather in Arizona, this protective hood isn't necessary, and my car would be fine without it. They then cut off the rest and pulled it out. I asked what it cost and they said no charge! All they asked was that I come back sometime when I needed my oil changed or something! I truly appreciate this kind and honest service from a car place!!! I will definitely come back when I need something.
