I find that if a city has more than one airport i can save on one-way flights. i flew to virginia on frontier and flew back on southwest. These two airlines are ever so different Frontier - fee for seat, fee for bags (carry and check in), fee for food, fee to board plane early, fee for 1/2 inch more leg room, fee for everything moving. Southwest - no fee for checked in bag, the earlier you check in the closer to the front of the plane, all the seats are the same so no special seating, free snacks and drinks, smiling stewardess., and on time.Over all Southwest was the better airlines. I use to fly often for pleasure, now unless its absolutely necessary i dont' fly at all. Airline prices to high, customer service substandard, seating uncomfortable. But i make exceptions for Southwest.
