After a ten year relationship with ULTIMATE Collision Repair Center and dozens of referrals I can no longer recommend this company or their services. They have dropped the ball on the repairs of my vehicle from an accident ten months ago, fired staff who was handling my repairs, which they admit but they won't help resolve what the released employee did, then dropped the ball to make sure my claim was handled timely. Then they attempted to blame me for their inadequacies. The manager Jeremy is offensive and rude. He raises his voice, implies women are stupid and not capable of taking care of their vehicles or even capable of looking at a faulty or missed repair analytically. he raises his voice to take control of the conversation, then interrupts you and never lets you finish a statement and when you call him on his rogue behavior he hangs up on you. They lied about my insurance company and tried to put the blame on them. They cannot own their part of this problem nor can he accurately portray the situation even with me owning the fact that I did not hound or follow up for a couple months. I do not know who owns this company anymore or who runs it but it is not the service and relationship that we have relied on for the the past decade. They are not thorough in their inspection of a vehicle after an accident, failed to run diagnostics the insurance company needed to re evaluate the missed work, their staff does not follow up timely, they do not stand behind their work. There is a reason that car insurance companies in Vegas do not have them on their preferred repair facilities lists. Do not let them tell you it's because it's insurances do not want to pay FMV for work. I will update this review with facts and dates all I can say is buyer beware. #epicfail #horriblecustomerservice
