My upstairs unit was blowing hot air. Service tech Richard diagnosed and said we need new capacitors... 500 dollar quote. He also said that I had a 2500 other repairs. My unit is 6 years old. He claimed I have bearing issues as well as a leak in the freon. I instructed to just replace the capacitors and be on his way. The next day... Again we were blowing hot air. I had Richard come out again and now he tells me the circuit popped. Charged me 85.00 service charge. I asked him if possibly that might if been the prob in the first place..for days the circuit kept popping. I called DEKEs air conditioning repair. They changed the bad circuit and I haven't had a problem since. They also debunked the claims about all other repairs needed. SAY NO to YES... Call Dekes.... An honest company.
