I was recently informed by my Doctor that I have Plantar Fasciitis. I Purchased a pair of Oofos Thong/Slippers & Orthotic Arch support inserts for my combat boots. Pricey items but i can already feel the comfort and support my feet & knees need. Carman was extremely educational and supportive of my concerns. i expressed the pain i endure daily and what my Doctor advised me of and she immediately got down on the floor to examine my feet, my arches, my current shoes, my current slippers and the way i walked. Teaching me about my problematic shoe style (Nike) helped me to know what i need to do know to help my Plantar Fasciitis go away. Carman also gave me instructions on how to better care for my feet and i truly feel she's selling a product that She knows will save a person from excruciating pain in the future. i'm only 30 and very active, so for me to have this pain early on means i need to pay more attention to my health.
